These basic licence costs apply to use with an appropriate credit “© Stephen Potts” and a live link to “www.stephenpotts.co.uk” (without a rel=”nofollow” tag);
Single image, licensed for up to 5 years use on a single web page – £250
Single image, licensed for up to 5 years use on multiple pages within 1 site – 2 to 4 pages £350
Single image, licensed for up to 5 years use on multiple pages within 1 site – 5 or more pages £450
Surcharges in cases of use without credit / link / metadata;
Absence of credit as specified above to “© Stephen Potts” – surcharge is an additional 50% of basic licence cost
Absence of live link as specified above to “www.stephenpotts.co.uk” – surcharge is an additional 50% of basic licence cost
Where metadata has been removed from images – surcharge is an additional 50% of basic licence cost
Unauthorised use;
In cases where images are used without a licence having been granted in advance of the use the unauthorised user will be liable for any further costs including 3rd party legal costs and administrative costs associated with addressing the matter. Please note that we vigorously pursue all copyright infringements and in the event of any legal proceedings these will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom courts. All producers of copyrighted works benefit from the fact that the vast majority of countries worldwide are signatories to Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.
