IN PERSON: I am very happy to meet to discuss your requirements, in fact sometimes you just can’t beat the face to face approach. We can arrange a time and place to suit, maybe even combine our meeting with a location recce. Of course you are also welcome to visit my office (where the coffee is great), naturally this needs to be by appointment to make sure I am not working on location.
